❤️ Practice self compassion and self love

Do you truly love yourself? Chances are there are probably some things you don't like on you. Maybe you don't feel good enough, you are too weak, you are overweight, your are too shy and so on. Loving youself is a skill that most if us didn't learn. Let go of perfectional thinking and learn to accept and love youself and your flaws as a part of yourself. You need to love yourself first before you can share your love with other people.
