📓 Keep a journal

There is are many things that are going on in our minds - ideas, feelings, things you need to do, dreams, stress, secrets, fears and so on. Our head tends to spin around the same thoughts over and over. The best way to deal with this vicious circle is to bring them on paper. Start a daily journal and write everything down you have in your mind. It doesn't matter how you write, just start.
